ASBeauty want you to have a great treatment experience from start to finish! Please read the terms and conditions to ensure we make your appointment the best you've ever had!

Appointments:

Treatments are by appointment only.
Appointments can be made 6 days a week, at the following times:

» Monday - Thursday 5.45pm - 10pm (Last appointment 9pm)
» Friday 4pm - 10pm (Last appointment 9pm)
» Saturday 10am - 2pm

Flexible times are available for Saturday Pamper Party bookings; please ask for details.
Appointments can be made by submitting a booking form on the website, by email, or by telephone. I will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours, either by email or by phone.

Cancellations

Please be courteous, and give at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. It is quite possible that others have been turned away for your appointment, and therefore, where your appointment cannot be filled with another client at late notice, a charge may apply. This will be 50% of the cost of your booked treatments. This charge will also apply for changing the date of your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Should I need to cancel your appointment, I will extend you the same courtesy, and give you at least 24 hours notice. Where this is not possible, I will offer you a voucher for 50% of the cost of your booked treatments, to use within 3 months.

Suitability for treatments

All clients will be required to fill in and sign a detailed consultation form prior to their first appointment. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions you may be experiencing.

If after your initial consultation I find that a treatment is inappropriate for you, you will be offered an alternative treatment where possible, or an on the spot cancellation (In this case, the 50% cancellation fee will be waived).

Is there anything else I need to know?

ASBeauty will only treat female clients. We uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services. Our therapists will refuse or terminate a treatment if any of the following occur: Misconduct, such as solicitation or suggestive comments. Intoxication, and/or any forms of abuse.
